Wanyama leads foreign troops for friendlies



Harambee Stars coach Stanley Okumbi has called up 11 foreign based players to link up with the team ahead of friendlies against Uganda and DRC Congo scheduled for March 23 and 26respectively in Machakos.

Amongst the foreign based players call ed up including Tottenham Hotspurs Victor Wanyama who is also the skipper others are Zesco trio of Antony Akumu,Jesse Were, David Owino.

Bulgaria based Abud Omar has also been called up David Ochieng (New York Cosmos, USA), Erick Ouma (FC Kolkheti, Georgia), Jes and Johanna Omollo (Royal Antwerp, Belgium,Ayub Timbe (Beijing Renhe, China), David Owino (Zesco, Zambia), Michael Olunga (Guizhou Zhicheng, China), Brian Mandela (Maritzburg, South Africa.

DRC Congo and Uganda are expected to jet into the country today.
